New Directions for Women is a non-profit organization located in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.  Founded in 1987, the organization provides residential services as an alternative to incarceration for female offenders from Philadelphia County prisons who are eligible for early release.

The 25-bed licensed facility provides a home-like atmosphere for its residents. NDFW's programs promote self-sufficiency, empowerment, and a crime-free lifestyle.
