New Directions for Women, Inc (NDFW) is a one of a kind alternative to incarceration for women in the county of Philadelphia and as Executive Director of New Directions for Women, Inc I am very proud of the legacy of more then twenty years of services to female offenders in our community.

The mission of New Directions for Women is to empower female offenders to become independent and responsible with the capacity and confidence to care for themselves and their families while pursuing law abiding lifestyles.

It is of vital importance to the Board of NDFW and the staff of NDFW that all female offenders have the opportunity to correct what is wrong and move on to horizons unlimited.

It is also important that you as a community of people join with the mission of New Directions for Women so that our society will be a better and more productive place for all.

Thank you to all of those who have supported us and our initiative for more then twenty years  and we look forward to many more years of this most important work which is service to others that in turn is service for a better self.
