Women who are:

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age

• Applicant must be court stipulated for a minimum of 9 months maximum of 12 months

• Applicant must be eligible and ready for early release to a 24 hour supervised facility

• Applicant must be capable of participating in a therapeutic environment

• Applicant must be prepared to live crime-free and substance free lifestyles
